Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Policy

 How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
In stock products may ship the same day or within 24-48 hours on business days.  Custom products have various production times and can range from 24-72 hours to produce and typically 3-7 days for standard shipping.  Custom bulk orders on coins may take from 3-6 weeks depending on the quantity of the coins, size, and complexity of finishing.  Any questions regarding an order, please contact us at hello@awarenesscoins.com to discuss your concerns.  Custom products cannot be canceled or refunded due to the nature of their customizations.

 Production time & Delivery time
– We typically take about 1-3 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. Besides, customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 5-12 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

How much should I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

Shipping Rates
– USA Order: $3.95+
– *Note Custom Orders, Bulk, Larger Items may have additional shipping fees
– International Order: $ Varies

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
– We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?
– You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.
– Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

VAT taxes will be charged?
– We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Reship Policy

Re-ship (In case we make the mistakes) – Yes they happen to all of us and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. 

Below cases will be considered for re-ship:

  • Missing or Incorrect Item:
    – If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries!  We will double-check on our system, and re-ship for you if the errors belong to us.

Items returned to sender  (In case the customers make mistakes)

Parcels tagged as incorrect/ incomplete address will not be delivered and will  be returned to the warehouse. Therefore, please double-check your contact information carefully when you fill out on our system.

  • All parcels with incorrect address will automatically return to the sender after it has reached the destination country’s local post office.
  • In some cases, the local post or courier will keep the parcel for up to 20 days, therefore, we highly advise you to contact the local couriers for necessary corrections in your address.

Once we received the returned package from the shipping courier, our office will contact you to obtain a proper address.  Note you will be responsible for any shipping fees to reship the package, even if the original shipping fee was FREE, we are not responsible for reshipping free again and will contact you to cover the cost.  We understand this can be frustrating, however due to the varying cost of shipping, we cannot be responsible for the additional cost. 

Dead Letter: If the tracking number shows “Dead Letter”! Please contact the shipping carrier, referring to the tracking number, as soon as possible. No worries!

Please Note

We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
    • Porch Pirates or theft, if the courier shows the package has been delivered than you must open a claim with the shipping courier, as once it leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the delivery, however we will work with you and the courier in any and all efforts to track and locate.
