Refunds, Returns & Replacements


We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, names & options carefully. Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified 
within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

1. REFUNDS

  • Custom Ordered Items
    • We are unable to offer refunds on custom ordered items and merchandise as these items were designed and manufactured specifically for you. 
    • Every custom order will receive a Proof which you will approve prior to manufacturing
    • If there is a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to remanufacture your item at no additional cost to you
  • Wrong designs or colors compared to the Proof
    • Every custom order will have a Proof which you will approve
    • We send Proofs as PDF’s and note that viewing these on a computer monitor and/or printing may have slight variations 
    • When possible we utilize cmyk or rgb color codes to ensure exact match (if you provide)
    • We are not responsible for refunds where colors do not exact match
  • We  DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale, promotion or clearance items
  • We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements due to customer’s mistakes or items out of our control such as:
    – Incorrect shipping addresses
    – Invalid address entry
    – Theft or Porch Pirates
    – Weather related events/catastrophes, ie hurricanes, volcanoes, earthquakes, blizzards, etc
    – We are not responsible for delivery issues, we will work with the courier, however once it leaves our facility any issues with the shipper will result in the customer needing to open a claim with the shipping courier – we will provide support, however we are not responsible for refunding lost shipments.
  • Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in any and all of the above cases.

Please be reminded that our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date or 30 days from the order date for replacement/refund request only. If your purchase falls out of that timeframe, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund. 

To file a claim, please contact us at hello@awarenesscoins.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video/ photo of the defective product
  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem or the courier
  • Full name and delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reach out to you to discuss other alternatives.

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
  • Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
  • Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have an order issue before returning any products as an RA number will be required if a return is being accepted.

2. REPLACEMENT
If a replacement item is warranted, please not that we do not allow any modifications to the replacement item, it will be the same exact item you received from your original order free of any defects or issues.  We may require that you return the original item and an RA number will be required, you may also be responsible for paying any return shipping fees to our facility.  We will also require photographs and/or video of any item that we will be replacing.

3. RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
– You must contact our office at hello@awarenesscoins.com to request an RA Number, we do not accept returns otherwise
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted
– Items that are past 15 days after delivery will not be accepted for returns
– Some items may have a 15% restocking fee

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will receive an RA Number and the shipping address through email once approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
